Extremely happy with the results! Our 3 year old sofa had never been cleaned or protected and had many deep stains. Paul and his team were in and out in an hour and had taken out nearly all stains to the point where our sofa looks brighter! We initially just wanted it cleaned for sanitary reasons not thinking the stains could be removed but now we are happier than ever with our sofa and plan on keeping it much longer than anticipated :)
