Hector and his two colleagues were very courteous and non-invasive. They did a great job cleaning and polishing the old wooden floors of my large Victorian house and did a great job cleaning the rugs and carpets--all of which were in dire need of deep cleaning. And they cleaned a few extras that were not part of the agreement.
I think that with one more hour, though, they could have done a more thorough job on the kitchen and bathroom tile floors, and would have had had time to place the kitchen and diningroom chairs back in their position from off the tables.
I would definitely hire them again.
