Jakub and his team were amazing the whole way through. Theirs was the most detailed and thorough quote I received. The work site was kept immaculate every day. Jakub was very responsive to all questions over email and text. No hesitation in recommending Inside Guys.

Jakub was always keeping us informed throughout the job too. All the work was done on time and on budget. We got three quotes from other underpinners and we’re so glad we went with Jakub.

My home came with a back addition and I did not know how it was built. Neither did any of the independent contractors who I contacted for estimates on external work (waterproofing; patio installation). The unknown was always ‘What’s going on with the addition?” and “The final cost might depend on addition repairs”. I contacted Inside Guys Underpinning for an assessment. Jakub came out to take a look inside and out; and with my permission, pried up an old piece of wood decking to get a good look at what was going with the foundation of the extension. Long story short, I don’t need upderpinning, my addition like most in the neighbourhood is built on a wood and cement block on the ground. I could proceed with the patio repairs; and if needed Jakub would come out and make any repairs to seal up the foundation before the completion of the patio. There was no charge, but I would not hesitate to call Jakub again if needed for his expertise and repairs.

Jakub assisted by Ogi, worked extremely well together in underpinning brickwork at the corner of our garage.

Inside Guys are professional outfit, do their work efficiently and leave things neat and tidy. They respected boundaries and we had no issues with our neighbour. Jakub is a very accommodating and graciously answered questions and offered suggestions. We appreciated a referral to a mason to replace the brickwork. We have every confidence in recommending Inside Guys to friends who also have aging buildings and water penetration problems.

I am pleased with the underpinning work by the Inside Guys especially Milton and Jakub. They are courteous, always available to answer any questions, and helpful suggesting ways to solve any problems that might arise. What I appreciate the most would be how they listened to any concerns, and cared for customers’ needs and wants. It was a bumpy road but thanks to their care and understanding the end results were top notch. Thank you Milton, Jakub and the team for a well done job.

Throughout the entire process Jakub and his team kept us updated and they were always available answer our questions in a timely manner which we really appreciated. They also completed our project on schedule as promised which I feel like is something that doesn't happen very often when it comes to renovation projects.

I'm usually very hesitant to recommend a service but Inside Guys is a company that I would definitely use again. I should also note that their pricing was better than several other quotes we obtained for this project and our General Contractor (who had never worked with Inside Guys before) was very complimentary of their work and found them very easy to work with.

The Inside Guys are true professionals. They are great communicators, leave the worksite extremely clean and are very conscientious about all the details. I am a picky designer and the Inside guys delivered 100%

We hired the Inside Guys for a very intricate project with very tight working quarters and zero site access and they exceeded our expectations. Budget and timeline was as discussed. Communication throughout the project was thorough, workmanship excellent, site was kept super clean and daily clean up was never missed. Would highly recommend!

We have been managing this project to my own home and this was the one big job we found a sub-contractor for, I haven't bothered in most other cases because I usually find with subs come stress - it was the exact opposite in this case.

They took care of my home as if it was there's, staying late when needed and always including us in the process - but not too much.
