Right from meeting Jakub to discuss the job, I was thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy in his approach. The estimate came attached with references, example photos of the work and a detailed description of what to expect, with a few options for dates so we could mutually agree when would be best for everyone. Jakub and his team who completed the work were at all times respectful of the property, safety conscious and extremely tidy around the site. Opportunities to improve related aspects, though not specifically part of the job, were accommodated with the same commitment to quality work and finishing.
