Aqua Rescue Plumbing and Drains

Called AquaRescue to help with clay drain pipes badly obstructed with tree roots. Igor did a snaking/power flush with camera. He did a great job and the process is considerably more effective and thorough than standard camera/snake I've had in the past from other plumbers. Igor also left me with a number of good options for when it comes time to replace the old pipes. Would definitely recommend.

I am a residential contractor and have used Igor and Aquarescue for about three years now. I had my previous plumber for 15 years before he retired, and needed to replace him seamlessly and quickly. I met Igor on a jobsite next to mine and asked him to quote the house we were working on. It involved 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.
Igors costs were well within reason and his skills and organization really helped us out.

We've worked with Igor several times and have always been satisfied with his work. Every time we've called him, he comes within a day or two and he's always on time. He completes the work quickly, cleans up and is always professional and friendly. Would recommend him without a doubt.

I worked with Igor on two projects:
1) Igor set up plumbing for our 3 floor major reno, working with our builder. The quality of work was excellent. Everything is working perfectly. After the main reno was complete I engaged Igor for new, additional work we needed done. He was very responsive.
2) I needed some minor maintenance fixes at my old house - hose bib replacements and shut off valve controls. Igor completed that work at a fair price. Mostly I appreciated his flexibility and openness to take on this smaller job. His client service was great, and he wasn’t happy unless I was happy.

I called Aqua Rescue through HomeStars. Igor was able to arrive the same day. He fixed the leaking tap in the garage that I use to water the garden. He replaced the tap entirely. This stopped water flowing into the basement.

In addition, he identified the leak in the main bathroom as coming from a loose toilet. He fixed that right away.

Igor was friendly, hard-working and very efficient. I recommend him highly. I will definitely call on him for future projects in my home. Thank you Igor!
