Plumbing review in

Had Alexander around to fix a basement leak and a faucet leak. Paid fully after completion of the work, everything looked good. After he left I noticed the faucet was loose. Contacted Alex and asked him to come back. He said he was too busy and couldn’t. Then he stopped taking my calls and responding to my texts.
