Great Company to work with, but the best aspect was the install crew. The three person crew were efficient and thorough. I wish I had more projects for them to do. I will be talking about this project to family and friends.Thanks!

A quote was provided a week before the gentleman did the work, and they honoured their quote to the penny. The men showed up on time, were respectful of the oak stairs they were climbing up and down, did a fantastic job, and did not leave a mess. I have recommend this company to many friends. Excellent work!

Professional and helpful. We are so pleased with the final results the house looks like a new home. Kev was very helpful in organizing the project and Mark was quick with the installation. The work looks like actual stone without the costs. We recommend their service again.

had the perfect customer experience at EMPIRE . They went way out of their way to assist me from the moment I walked in to the moment my project was completed. They also have such a large selection in store that aren't seen on the website, I felt like I was in heaven! My contractor also praised the product while working with it which made everything a much smoother process. Very pleased with the my whole experience while dealing with EMPIRE

Another revision and the last one regarding Empire. Before I agreed to take down the last posting, Empire said they did not care what I posted. They will no longer be doing renovations.
Refund was not paid in July. Empire asked to remind them day before deposit -reminder was sent on day of and everyday including deposit date of July 19, 2021.
It was their intention to give me hope and test my patience. I haven't heard from them since July 19.
Please be aware of this company, as they change Company name and number.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom & the overall experience with Kev ! I called to book an appointment and KEV came by the next day to check out what needed to be done. He answered all our questions and gave us many design ideas, which is what ultimately led us to go with him. KEV & his crew took care of the whole process for us, met with inspectors, picked up materials from our vendors, and really made sure to cater to us every step of the way. The workers are all very sweet and are extremely skilled, I'm still in shock from this transformation! I would use them again in a heart beat!

Empire was selected to do a full vinyl siding and trim replacement on my home. The project went smooth and the end result is a high quality . Very easy business to deal with. I would use them again

I did hired again in July 13 2020 They completed 2 full Remodeling bathroom and they did and excellent job, they cleaned up after themselves a. If I need any future work I am calling them back.
