Airmaid Furnace & Duct Cleaning

We had our ducts cleaned by Airmaid on July 27th and we were not happy with their service, so we e-mailed them with our complaint 2 weeks ago without them getting back to us.

Starting with the time of arrival which was 40 min earlier than we were told. The duration of time the technician was here was less than an hour out of which less than 25 min of running the truck vacuum. It took the technician 40 seconds to "clean" 7 supply air runs at the lower level of the house and didn't "clean" the return air vents, because he was in such a hurry to finish the job. By "clean" I mean blowing the dust off the registers with compressed air. I know this because we have security cameras in the dayhome. He did not remove one single register from the lower level of the house, he just "cleaned" the registers and grills but not the duct work.

Very disappointed!

I had Airmaid come out to service and clean my carrier furnace. They arrived on time, were very professional, fast, and even offered to move my cat to the bathroom so he wouldn't escape. I would highly recommend anyone to use this service if your looking for reliable furnacing servicing.
