Evgueni quickly diagnosed the possible issue, and proceeded to fix the issue, as he stated most of the time our problem was a few pieces of metal trapped in the pump. He remedied the situation and cleaned out the trap, etc. He took the time to check all other relevant components and did a thorough job. He provided value added service and answered all of my questions. The cost was reasonable and my washer is working like brand new. I will keep these folks in mind for the future
