They showed up 1 hour late. Movers were rude and flat out didn't care about my property. They were bouncing around my 50 in plasma like a toy nearly breaking it by dropping it. During the move they were driving so aggressive that my stuff including my tv, which wasn't tied down, was all over the place. They were so careless that they broke a picture frame on the wall. Luckily it could have been worse. They did however reimburse me for the picture but not after I harassed them. They claimed their movers were not employees although by law they are employees.
If you value your property don't for with these guys.

Thank you for your feedback. As per the contract there was 1 hour window for arrival , also we booked your move last minute on the same day and arrived on time.
I do apologize if you had encountered rude behavior from the mover , we have taken action towards the movers already. We did reimburse you for the frame on the next day, it was not due to any delay as previously mentioned to you regarding the claim process timing. Furthermore, we processed $300 additional as a compensation to your dissatisfaction.
