on top of that, we thought that we had a trouble with our new shingles (fasle alarm). They show up 1 hour after we called... pretty nice

Lord was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about roofing materials. He answered all of my questions and concerns prior to starting and during the project. He discussed the project time frame, and all other expectations. He and his team completed the project within the time frame and always meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project.

During a very strong windstorm a few years back we had big bunches of shingles fly off our roof. I was appalled because we had re-done the roof a few years prior to that. While I was contemplating what to do, I heard a doorbell. It was Lourid, offering help at those "hard to find a roofer" times. He was like an answer to a prayer. He fixed the damaged parts of the roof and explained to me how the previous job was done incorrectly. After a year or so, more of the old shingles from the previous roofer’s work flew off, but the part that Lourid fixed hadn’t budged at all and was still nailed on strong. This time I knew who to call: Lord Roofing! Lourid came and fixed the newly damaged areas and I have had no problems since.
Lourid and his team are the only roofing company that I will trust and recommend. Their work and customer relations are top of the line. You can be sure that you will get the best price for the best job!

Lord Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. There communication was excellent during the quoting process. During the execution phase they were professional, and hard working. Each night they cleaned up and explained what they would do the following day. They were on time, and on budget.
