After paying rental fees on a water heater tank for over three years, I figured it was time to move to tankless without the ongoing payments using the energy star rebate. Taras and his partner were incredibly responsive and quick to remove the tank, drop it off, and install the new tankless water heater once agreed on price. They were very clean, and after the installation, wouldn't have been able to tell they had even been on the job.
