Rob and co. did the HVAC on our basement renovation under very difficult circumstances, including a change half way through from furnace to heat pump system. Rob responded with patience, helpfulness, perseverence, and great attitude throughout. Not to mention the quality of work was excellent! These guys were cheerful, conscientious and professional. Rob's pricing was fair and reasonable, including the change orders, and he helped us find the right heat pump, one that qualified for the rebate available. We highly recommend RK Air.

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with RK air systems! After a very bad experience with another company that was leaving us without heat for 5 days in the middle of December before returning. Rob came out to the house after hours to assess the situation. They arranged to come back the next day worked all day long at installing our new furnace and got the job done. We were beyond thankful for him arranging to help us so quickly.

Rob, was very quick to respond to my request and very accommodating in scheduling a day and time that worked for my tenants.

RK Air systems rescued us when our furnace finally gave out! Reasonable, efficient, neat and a pleasure to work with, Rob is someone I would highly recommend! He even went above and beyond to fix up our thermostat mount! So thankful!

My AC broke in the middle of the summer and Rob was able to answer my call and come to my house all within 2 hours (during peak season). He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part immediately. Unfortunately it wasn't able to come that same day but that was beyond his control. He came first thing the next morning when it had arrived and had it installed within half an hour. He is extremely knowledgable in regards to his profession and was able to explain the issue very thoroughly. Not only did he explain it to me, he was also able to answer my questions with no hesitation.

I spoke with the owner himself who was super informative, very willing to go that extra mile and come by to check up after he diagnosed a simple issue over the phone! I’d highly recommend this company, thanks again RK.
