Reza helped us remove 2 walls in our main floor. Originally we thought they were structural and sorted everything out as structural but after the engineer on his team consulted further with the city they concluded there was no need for the LVLs. They didn't have to go that extra mile but they did and I'm very grateful for their honesty and integrity. Reza still did the work knowing it was a considerably less bill for them at a very busy time when they could have said no and moved on to a job at least twice as expensive. They always showed up on time, always super transparent, would hire them again for any structural work in a heartbeat. Thanks Reza and Amir!

I worked with Reza to remove three walls and install 3 flush steel beams and a metal post into the basement, about 40 feet of wall between them, in our 100 year old house. I have no complaints and would use him again. Him and his team were punctual, communicative and there were no extra costs or complications, with city inspections passing without issue.

Reza and his team did an amazing job making my home open concept. In three days, they added a structural beam and removed three walls. The work passed the citys inspection and another trade I had to finish the rest of the work said the beam was installed very well. Crown structural installed a 28ft steel beam on our main floor for kitchen renovation. From the quote to finish they were very pleasant, professional, very well priced, clean, timely and prompt with the work. We would highly recommend them.

Reza from Crown Structural is the consumate professional. Having his team work on our new home was an excellent experience start to finish. They removed two 18 ft walls and an adjacent 10 ft wall so we could open up the kitchen/dining/living area. The demo work was done quite quickly and well sealed off. They then fitted two new 18 ft steel beams. Everything was done in a few days which was impressive. They were super efficient and very polite throughout. Reza provided an excellent recommendation for electrical work too. He also guided on the process in terms of building permits beforehand and this was really appreciated given we came from the UK and weren't very familiar with the process here.

Reza was very friendly and good communicator. He was able to fit my job in during a busy time. He showed up on time, got my non load bearing wall down in about 2-3 hours without hassle.
