Reza from Crown Structural is the consumate professional. Having his team work on our new home was an excellent experience start to finish. They removed two 18 ft walls and an adjacent 10 ft wall so we could open up the kitchen/dining/living area. The demo work was done quite quickly and well sealed off. They then fitted two new 18 ft steel beams. Everything was done in a few days which was impressive. They were super efficient and very polite throughout. Reza provided an excellent recommendation for electrical work too. He also guided on the process in terms of building permits beforehand and this was really appreciated given we came from the UK and weren't very familiar with the process here.

We removed the load-bearing wall in between kitchen and dining room. This was huge as it blocks the light coming in to the dining and the living room. I looked for few companies and Reza gave me most comfortable and trust feeling for the work. As promising, he completed all his work in timely manner, listens to client needs and provide all necessary information to go through the inspection. I refer his company to few of my friends who wants to remove the load-bearing wall as their future project. reza and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on our old annex home. the wall removed was the main load bearing wall for the entire house (and the 2 floors above). the job involved pouring new concrete pads and creating a new ‘T’ beam w metal posts. he came as scheduled and got the job done on budget and on time (a half day early even!). he left the job site clean and organized and i would 100% use his services again. don’t hesitate to hire crown structural.
