Hadi was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He responded within minutes to our request for help, was at our place in less than an hour, did the full furnace diagnostics, showed us all sensor readings and advised to replace our 20 y.o. furnace. He explained about different types and we settled on one. He ordered it the next business day, and the moment it arrived Hadi and his associate came and installed everything in less than 4 hours. Everything went flawless, they have cleaned up after themselves and Hadi checked and explained everything. He also called the next day to check up.
