My master bathroom floor was very creaky and unstable, you can feel it moving up and down in certain areas. This was causing the grout between the files to constantly break.
Sohrab and his partner came, demolished the old tiles, completely fixed the unstable sub-floor, then re-tiled the bathroom. I couldn't be any happier, the creaky issue is completely resolved, and the new tile job is beautiful.
Highly recommend Sohrab and his partner. They are honest, hard-working, profressional, and offer a very fair rate for their work.
