Anthon did an amazing job with inspecting both my property for sale as well as inspecting my new property for purchase. He came recommended to me, and he did met and exceeded the recommendation.
He was amazingly thorough in his inspection and was able to walk me thru step by step everything that he was doing. Any issues that he came across he gave me a detailed explanation on what needed to be done to fix them. His reports included great aerial photography from his drone and many photos of anything that caught his eye. His report was very detailed and included all the photos for reference.
He was very courteous, informative, and a pleasure to talk to during both inspections.
