TRU Inspections

I was considering placing an offer on a house; everything seemed fine, but to be sure I haven't missed anything I scheduled a home inspection with Anton. It was the best decision I could have made.
He was very accommodating with the time and was able to do the inspection on a short notice.
The service was very thorough, no shortcuts: from the foundation all the way to the roof and gutters on the outside and from the basement to the attic on the inside (including a thermal scan of every room and moisture testing in the basement).
He checked water, heating, ventilation, electrical panel and visible wiring, every electrical switch and outlet, every drawer, faucet, drain, window, and more.
Just the explanations I received during the inspection were well worth the service fee. He pointed at things I totally missed when looking at the house the first time around.
The report I received after the inspection was 52 pages long with pictures, comments, and recommendations.
It included a link to the information on the ballpark costs for fixing and renovating.
While in the end, I decided not to go through with the offer I feel like it was money well spent. A small price to pay for knowing what you're getting into and avoiding buyer's remorse.
I will absolutely use TRU Inspections the very next time I'm about to place an offer on a house.
