Inspection of new home in the process of closing deal
I usually dont write formal reviews, but I wanted to express my admiration and appreciation for the great job that was done by home inspector Anton. The process of buying a new house is quite stressful and the last thing you want to find is that your house is full of surprises.
Thanks to Anton we managed to find a lot of hidden pain points and we were able to address our concerns with the current owner so that it could be addressed prior to closing. The report we received was professional and thoroughly done and will be helpful for us to look at fixing some small details and to avoid potential issues in the future. I highly recommend Anton for all your house inspection needs!
