This summer I had no choice but to do much needed bathroom renovation. I got Saeed's name through Homestars.
1. Was only able to do the renov bec he worked with me on budget, options.
2. This is a condo renovation - he was very conscious and very respectful of the regulations, to the neighbours. Even our concierge noticed and commented on that.
3. Bec of Covid, supplies were late here and there, worked with me on options and timing.

Saeid was quite professional, reviewed the job, quoted and provided the time line. We reviewed the different material and he helped us buy the material, referred good places that we could compare prices. The workmanship was amazing. His tile work is incredible. I had seen many houses that had renovations done and his work was just much better.
