Hardwood Giant

We recently purchased engineered hardwood for our entire first floor and had it installed through Hardwood Giant. We're very pleased with the service we received from Sam and with the installation overseen by Mr. Babar. Would recommend.

I purchased vinyl plank from hardwood giant 3 years ago and had it professionally installed. Not only are many of the planks coming up, but several of them have also split and broken. I've been back to the store several times and finally spoke with the store manager Babar. After some back and forth he agreed to see what he could do and get back to me. It's been over a month and he is dodging both my calls and emails. I even contacted customer care-they promise to get back to you in 2 business days-and it's been weeks. My flooring is supposed to come with a 15 year commercial and lifetime residential warranty. This company is terrible! I am out more than a couple thousand dollars between flooring and installation and it all needs to be replaced. Horrible customer service!

Beginning to end with Sam at Mississauga Hardwood was an A+ experience, night and day opposite to our nightmare experience with JDS at the Brampton branch.
Sam was upfront about supply-chain problems during pandemic, our product finally arrived when he had predicted, and he and the terrific installation department. had us booked and installed within a week of the product arriving at their warehouse. I compared the prices with other places and was happy.

Jason was the head installer and I have never seen any craftsman work more carefully, neatly and focused. Sam explained all our choices and prices, and we are glad we went with installation and trim (shoe-molding). -- FYI, If we'd had more money, we would have gone with baseboard replacement as well.

Sam in Mississauga took every opportunity to inform us accurately and move our project along A.S.A.P. And Babar was also very helpful with suggestions and cautions.

Hardwood Giant was a joy to work with from beginning to end. We recently downsized from a house to a condo as our son has flown the nest, and to bring our new space up to our standards, everything had to go. The folks over at Hardwood Giant made the re-flooring process in our new home a breeze. Not only were the prices more than fair, but their customer service at all levels was wonderful. Special thanks goes out to Palwinder, the installation manager that oversaw our project. Palwinder was accommodating of our requests, and answered every question with a smile. Ahmed, our installer, was also wonderful. The flooring and custom steps all came out wonderfully - we could not have asked for more. I have purchased flooring for a few of my clients and the in-store service has already been convenient. Delivery was on time. I await to return overstock however, I should get a reply today.

Their Mississauga store had lots of products. Found the product that best matches what we currently have. Price of products were average. Unfortunately they don't let you know what's going on. First, they were suppose to come measure but the day before they couldn't make it and postponed it for 2 days. No big deal. The installation was on a Thursday. Unfortunately a rock cracked my windshield and I asked to push it to Friday. I got an email stating they will let me know. I called Friday but the mobile number's and store number mailbox is full. I sent 2 emails, no reply. I went to the store and the manager gave me story that they are too busy to answer phones and emails. We have a date set; I'll update this if they show up and install with quality.
