This company is a rip off, they do initial work and then take advance payment which is more than 60-90% of the contract value and they never finish the work.

COMPLETE HOME RENOVATION

This contractor never finished our home construction. Paid out 75% of his written contract only to find out we've been taken. Hired several new contractors to fix problems and to find out the company Pegasus never even pulled proper permits on any of the work done. BUYER BEWARE! This man is incompetent and does not know what he's doing. Referred by our realtor and regret every second of it.
Hope this discourages anyone seeking this company for work on thier home.
