Sergii was the techician who came out to repair our 7 year old Maytag washing machine. He was very professional and knowledgable. It didn't take him long to identify the issue and propose the next steps. A second visit was required to actually complete the repair due to parts having to be ordered. It did not take too long for Sergii to complete the repair. I recommend Dr. Applicance for your appliance repair needs.

This is the second time that I have called the Doctor for my front loading washing machine. The first was an easy job to replace the two shock absorbers. This one was different.

The pump on my machine stopped working so my clothes were still soaking wet when they came out of the machine. I tried a little reset to see if that fixed the problem but no such luck.

Call out to the Doctor and when he arrived, he confirmed my initial diagnosis. Online he went to confirm a new pump could be ordered.

He was about to place the order and reschedule me for another day when he decided to "just take a look" at the pump. He followed the processes and vacuumed out the water and took out the pump. When he took the pump apart he found a worn out quarter had slipped all the way through the machine into the reservoir of the pump. The coin was the reason the pump was not able to do its job.

After he reconnected the pump and the power he did a little water test to confirm that the pump was working.

Morale of the story - check your pockets for loose change and call the Doctor if you have an appliance issue.

Sergi was the tech I had and he was great! Because of his years of experience, he could already tell what the issue was just by opening the fridge door. He still showed me what the issue was though. He opened up the back of the fridge and was able to explain where the leak was and how it was working for me now, versus how it was supposed to be working. He also ran some tests to check the gas flow just to make sure and to put my mind at ease. He was very professional and also very helpful in providing me with suggestions on what I should do next. Highly recommend this company as they clearly care about their customers and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Also highly recommend Sergi. Will be telling friends and family if ever they are in need of appliance repairs.

Responded quickly to our request. Within a week they had visited, ordered the parts needed to fix our washer and had it fixed. Very happy with the service we received.
