Quantum Roofing

I want to warn you against using services of Quantum Roofing Burnaby. I had them install a new roof with 15 year labor warranty in late 2020, we now have a minor leak and they dont even care to respond. Numerous calls, texts and an email has gone unanswered. I called Better Business Bureau and they said 2 other similar complaints have been filed since 2021 against this business. I was happy when they installed and seemed like good people. The leak we have is minor but the fact that they are not responding and its been 6 days since I first sent a message is alarming. I went to their so called office on Kingsway per their website is actually a public storage and receiving facility. Spread the word and save people from losing their precious belongings and homes.
