Amazing service when carrier wasn't doing their job! Helped save the day was without heat for a month almost. Warranty service isn't always best service

An amazingly HONEST & reputable technician.He immediately responded within 1/2 hour of my contacting Homestars and agreed to come that same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem immediately and as it only took him 10 min to fix. He WOULD NOT accept any payment as a result but I did tip him $20.00 . I was told by another serviceman the day before who serviced my 2 furnaces that I had a problem with the humidifier. Had he been more professional like EZ , it would have saved me the fustration & time dealing with this. I Will certainly in the future be referring and dealing with EZ. Thanks for your PROFESSIONALISM.

Found EZ on homestars when I put in a request for replacing the actuators in my two fancoil heaters. He was very patient with my questions. Came to my unit on time and was professional. Friendly and economical compared to other companies I contacted. I would recommend them to others.

I called EZ Air to get some help for my home furnace. I had no heat and needed help urgently. Nidhan came to my home and my experience was exceptional! From my initial call to servicing and to completion! Nidhan Gave me some very insightful feedback as well in order to avoid any AC/heating related issues in future and gave me advice on how to maintain it. I would definitely recommend him and I will personally call him again if I run into any issues in future.

I had a great experience with EZ air. They came by, took about 10 minutes to diagnose what was happening. The guy was really honest and straight forward. Told me my 2 options and the cost. He fixed it the same day. I am happy and would recommend EZ air heating and cooling to everybody.
