York Development was the highest of the quotes I received for this project by some margin. The project involved a straight forward replacement of a deck and a complex effort to waterproof the underneath. However Meisam gave me the highest confidence that he had thought through each of the potential problems before providing a quote.

It turned out to be a great decision to choose Meisam. Not only did the project turn out great, he was on site and doing most of the work himself and daily clean up of the site was great including immediate removal of the old deck. He responded quickly to messages and explained steps as the work progressed. He is a bit pricey, but its worth it.

Mason built a deck for us in 2020 and he did such an amazing job we hired him again to build a deck in our new home. Mason built us a beautiful composite deck, stairs, fence extension and bench. He takes his time to make sure the job is done right and looks just the way it should. He truly cares that the finished product is a quality product and if issues or changes come up along the way he takes it in stride and figures it out. I would but hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend.

Meisam and his crew did two renovations in my home - a basement bathroom with a standup shower and surrounding tile, and a second floor wall and door in an open walkway. The work was extremely well done and I was so impressed with how timely it all was; I expected delays and the project to take longer, but Meisam did it quickly and within budget. We worked together to select the tiles, and I liked all his recommendations and am very pleased with the work. I felt very comfortable with him and his crew in my house and am overall thrilled. Will definitely hire again.
