Post installation several boards warped, split or came apart. I contacted the company and they promised to fix the damaged boards but never did, even after several follow up messages. Very dissatisfied with lack of customer service post installation of the fence. Would not recommend them based on my own experience.

Errold ghosted me after we paid 85% of the project. Promised the concrete deck would take max. 2 weeks and now it is 2 months later and no end in sight. Do not trust this company. Won't answer emails or voice messages. Puts up a good front end but does not follow through. I suppose he must think that because I'm a senior, he can take advantage of us.

Errold and his crew are truly an example of how to coordinate and successfully complete a project on time and within budget.
We are 100% satisfied with the quality of his work, his site cleanliness and to boot his reasonable pricing.
I highly recommend Errold and his outstanding crew to anyone contemplating a fencing project.
