Sam wasnt honest about the problems with my fridge and kept changing his words around about the price and the damage, he also was not on time at all. He said my compressor was damaged when it was completely fine and never mentioned the leak in my fridge. Very unprofessional.

We hired a technician from Fixify to install our dishwasher. He quoted us the highest amount of all the businesses we asked for. We picked him because we thought he would be the best one. We told him everything about the job and he said he can do it. After he arrived, he wanted $85 more because there was no hose. Then he told us he doesn't know how to do plumbing in the half way. He suggested us to use a bucket to get rid of water every time when we do dishes. He did absolutely nothing but left us a HUGE mess. At the time he left, the dishwasher had no signs of working. He got the nerve to insist of getting fully paid. I am so angry that my hands are shaking as I am writing this review.

Overcharged me for a dishwasher service, not mentioning it may need further parts down the line. I would have just replaced the dishwasher instead with that information. Dishwasher stopped working again after two days. Sam refused to work with me to fix the situation. Charged me 315 for 30 minutes of work and my dishwasher worked for two days.
