Initially MDI was chosen over "brick and mortar" competition to repair the driveway retaining wall. MDI offered the best and total solution at affordable pricing to rectify the problem. Their conceptualization and design was miles ahead of the competition.
The project evolved into a total redesign of the landscaping of house frontage, thanks to MDI design and creativity. The house now has a WOW! curb appeal....Thanks to MDI creative genious and ability the house frontage has now been totally transformed...The project was complex and challenging...as it entailed removing existing retaining wall, 10" thick cement walkway and old shrubs and trees...the execution on removing the old walkway cement was truly outstanding...as the difficulty level was very high...they dealt with unforceen issues with smartness and diligence...the project did not go without the normal construction hiccups...health, weather, labour shortage, operational and busy season issues, affected the scheduling of completion...however, MDI did their very best effort in lieu of the various constraints and completely finished the project...MDI transformed and enhanced the value of the house. They delivered beyong expectations. The final price of the project was in accordance with agreed terms. There were no hidden suprises.
