Daniel arrived on time and got the job done efficiently. He called a few times for my opinion and was very thorough in his work and clean up. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him and he's coming back to do some more work for me.

Qthe install was uick and efficient. Daniel did a great job. Looks very professional. Simple process and good communication.

First of all, I'll say that I appreciate everything that Daniel was trying to do for himself and potential future - trying to get out of the rat race of corporate by starting up his own thing.

Problem was that

Anyways, I could tell on arrival that he wasn't familiar with the job. He had a great attitude - as if anyone should be able to do a deck staining. He came with a very cheap under powered pressure washer - on sale at Lowe's for $100 type. He upgraded, but had to come back the next week to start the job because of it. He under estimated the time he thought the job would take and had to bring in some extra manpower once he found it was taking him too long. I had to become more flexible to his moonlighting job.

Having said that, he did make it all my decision. It was my decision to go with his 550 + tax quote - which was better than a lot of the other guys I contacted. I wasn't about to pay $4,000 just to stain a deck. Everyone else was just gouging because they had a lot of jobs to choose from.

I thought I was paying to get the whole deck done including the railings, but it was only for the sun facing surfaces. I didn't want to cause a stink so just went along with it.

In the end, most of the surface looked somewhat legit, but kind of just painted over since his pressure wash didn't strip the surface. Unfortunately, by the next spring my deck was in need of another stain as if it hadn't been stained the summer prior. This was Aug 2019 when he came to do the job. I paid him the agreed price and we parted ways.

I know what he is trying to do for himself, and I wish him luck. But he needs to come with all type of experience to these jobs. Most clients won't be as understanding as myself I don't think. I hope he appreciated that. He caught me on a good week.

The Molto Bene team were great to work with. They were professional, kind and did a great job. We look forward to having them back to help with more items indoors and Would highly recommend.

They did a great job. They quickly determined the problem with the outdoor sockets and fixed them. They found the problem with the fan light which cannot be fixed without a new part. I will probably buy a new fan

Though this company has a high rating, be mindful that they don't have too many reviews. If I had paid attention to that I wouldn't have hired them. They do not demonstrate enough experience, knowledge and workmanship to do a clean job. First they sent someone who showed up missing lots of tools and did a sloppy job. They were nice enough to come back to fix the previous person's mistakes, but all in all you'll probably get the same quality of work doing it yourself. They didn't even install an IKEA Lack shelf properly—it came down crashing today while it was carrying only a 1/4 of the weight it should be able to support—and did not show any confidence in hanging it up again properly after I told them.

I had a really old deck that needed to be completely refurbished. Daniel was able to sand the deck, fix broken trellis, fasten some loose pickets and paint the deck two tones.
The deck looks amazing, and is already garnering a lot of compliments. Much appreciated Daniel!

Relocated the wifi, disposed of an old safe, built a shelf for my printer, installed doorstops, repositioned a rod in the closet, hung up hooks in the closet. All done well, very tidy, showed up on time! Easy, peasy!

He came on time, he cleaned the unit and it was fixed ( no more grinding sound when the light was turned on). Will call again !
I have tried for months to get someone to come and look at this issue, but most would not come as it was not a costly repair

Daniel and Mark were very professional, they came on time and finished in good time. They transformed my boring backyard into a very pleasant one. Daniel even came back the next day and offered to dispose the soil and sod free of charge. Thank you so much.
