Roof leaks like a sieve. Cannot get him back to do repairs.
Plaster walls are difficult to repair. City needs to do more for these fly by night contractors.

Mr. Phat of TP Roofing had to reschedule once because of the rain. They came on time for the appointment, started right away and continued throughout the day. Victorian roof looks good now. Large crew, hard workers, clean up is immediate, the owner supervises and takes an active part in the process.

Worst roofer in the city. Roof started leaking on the first rainfall. With the attic insulation it took some time for the water to penetrate the plaster ceiling. Mr Phat came and calked the vent pipe and said no warranty. He does not return phone calls and makes no effort to remediate the situation. If you have had your roof replaced by this gentleman I suggest you stick your head in the attic with a very powerful flashlight during a heavy rainstorm and see if you have leaks.

Mr. Tang and his team did a significant drive to make it to our cottage, over 2.5. The price beat a local quote by 20%.
Phat has an all in one vehicle that is part crew truck part supply truck and part dump truck. They arrived in my drive before 8am. The neighbours were amazed at the speed the team moved. All of the correct materiel went under the correct areas. It was small house and garage, they were done by 5pm including cleanup. This was our second time using Phat and his team.

Owner Phat seems nice and accommodating, gives written quote re ice guard, synthetic underlay etc. But when they do the job, they only put these materials in a few places, not all places where mandatory. The crew finished same day, cleanup is great. But inspection by other qualified roofers states it is poor job and whole new roof needs to be replaced. It is 1 week old! If you didn't watch their installation you would never know. When you point out they are not using ice guard on lower edges, they say yes they are. Language problems. If you want a cheap price for cash, you will get what you pay for! DO NOT USE THEM ! PEOPLE !!!

This company did a great roofing job for us. At first, we were in contact with a salesperson or a middle man (Jerry). But the team that actually came to do the work was TP roofing. They did a great job. In retrospect, we should have just contacted this company directly because we see them around.
