Ali was very professional and arrived on time as scheduled. He fixed the problem and repaint and make it as new. He also gave tips on how to maintain the fireplace as new.

This first started as a cold call through Homestars and spoke with a gentleman named Ali. He allowed me to explain what was wrong with my father in laws fireplace and was in agreement with what I thought was wrong with it. We promptly made an appointment for him to go see the fireplace the next day. He arrived during the time frame we agreed to. Once at my father in laws he diagnosed the problem and because he had a wide assortment of parts readily available he was able to fix it for him on the spot. Needless to say he was very fair with his price and overall he was a pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend him in future.

This company responded very quickly to my request to remove an old gas fireplace. I posted the request in the morning and they were there by 4 PM that very day. Excellent speed and customer service.

My one minor complaint is that the disposal of the fireplace meant that it had to be carried down a flight of stairs and hauled into the truck. There was only one rep from the company for this. It was a two man job and I had stated as much in my request. I did the heavy liftingm but if I had not been phyically able to, it would have been an issue. And that means they do not get a perfect score.
