A bird unfortunately got stuck in our dryer vent, TSR was able to quickly respond to our need and Sal came over to free the bird from the venting. Sal is an animal whisperer, he was able to quickly capture the bird in a very humane way and release it back outdoors, then covered our vents to prevent this from happening again. Thank you again Sal - we really appreciate your expertise!
