We used Pronto Kitchen to remodel both our kitchen and one bathroom. I would recommend going elsewhere

We hired for pronto for our kitchen and we found them to be extremely professional. All the work was completed on time and at the agreed price. The contractor involved was very polite.

I hired Pronto Kitchen to install my kitchen counter top, the job started on July 20 unfortunately we come into some issues which caused the job to be delayed by three weeks.
Katrina worked with me to get the issue resolved, the job is know completed and it is looking great, I took points off because of the delay.

A friend of mine used Pronto Kitchens to upgrade her Kitchen and they did a fantastic job! I have been wanting to change my laundry room to have more cupboard space and look updated, however it has been difficult to find a reputable company that's affordable.

Pronto Kitchens was very reasonable, quick and communicative. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any renovations!

AFTER A LONG AND EXHAUSTING SEARCH IN FINDING THE RIGHT COMPANY TO UPDATE MY KITCHEN, I CAME ACROSS PRONTO KITCHENS. I CONTACTED THEM THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. ALFRED THE PROJECT MANAGER REPLIED BY EMAIL, I EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED, HE EMAILED ME A DRAWING OF EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD HIM I WANTED, AND GAVE ME A VERY GOOD QUOTE. AT THIS POINT I HAD TO DECIDE BETWEEN PRONTO KITCHENS AND 2 OTHER COMPANIES. MY DECISION TO GO WITH PRONTO WAS PRETTY SIMPLE, PRONTO'S
QUOTE INCLUDED EVERYTHING, NO HIDDEN COSTS. ALFRED COME TO MY HOME, HE TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND HAD SAMPLES FOR ME TO CHOOSE FROM, AND TOLD ME I'D HAVE MY KITCHEN IN 2 WEEKS. WHEN I'D TEXT OR EMAIL ALFRED WITH WHATEVER CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS I HAD, HE WOULD QUICKLY GET BACK TO ME. 2 WEEKS LATER MY BEAUTIFUL NEW KITCHEN WAS INSTALLED. ALFRED MADE SURE EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND THAT I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH MY NEW KITCHEN. IN CLOSING I'D LIKE TO ADD,
IN TODAY'S WORLD IT'S HARD TO FIND PEOPLE WHO ARE TRUST WORTHY, AND HONEST. BUT ONCE IN A WHILE YOU RUN INTO SOMEONE LIKE ALFRED/PRONTO KITCHENS, TO REMIND US THERE ARE GOOD, TRUSTING, HONEST, PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD, WHO DO CARE. Very professional and reliable service. Not only for the kitchen cabinets but also for the re-designing the kitchen layout. Capable of relocating plumbing ,electrical and taking care of all repairs in the wall.everything was as per quote and we had no surprises.

Pronto Kitchens did an amazing job fully renovating a condo for me. From planning, design, choosing finishes, demolishing and then rebuilding and finishing, it was a pleasure to work with the Pronto team. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Pronto Kitchens was very good from start to finish, we had 2 kitchens replaced for a student rental. I was able to meet with them on a flexible schedule, they measured and made recommendations (ie. they recommended the high gloss for student housing which turned out fantastic) We picked an inexpensive style and had two tones in the main kitchen and white in the basement kitchen. We had some non standard shelves in our design that they accommodated and they delivered and installed on schedule ( was a fairly tight schedule). It’s been 1 year and so far no problems. Quality and fantastic price definitely better than IKEA. I would use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
