Expert Plumbing & Drains

We have the same problem with our kitchen drain every year. This year it took 3 hours to resolve the issue.
The original plumbing was installed over 20 years ago. The installation was done very poorly by another company.
We have been using Expert Plumbing for many years and they are very professional.
Two of my daughters have used them as well and they live in Etobicoke.

I submitted a request to Expert Plumbing and Drains to help with sudden low pressure in our kitchen sink. I heard back early the next morning and a visit was booked according to my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and quickly discovered the issue. We ended up getting a new faucet, he actually went to the store and got the new faucet and installed it within an hour or so. I was very impressed and happy with the service. Thank you!

We had a clogged drain in our 40 year old plumbing. I contacted Expert Plumbing and Drain and had a response immeditely. We set up an appointment and I was told the plumber would contact us as they were heading to our home. True to their word, we received a call and Mike said he would be at our home shortly. The situation was more complicated than we had thought and it was dealt with efficiently. We thought the cost of the job was more than fair and we felt like we were treated respectfully throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend both Expert Plumbing and Mike in particular.

Jake attended to view our bathroom on a Friday morning. I had met Jake from a previous work order for a diverter valve replacement in our bathtub two years previous. Quick and efficient and informed us of next steps. Set up installation for following Monday. Received a call from business that Mike had completed another job and was available the same day, Friday. Mike was great dealing with seized bolts on 20-30 year old taps in a very small work area. No way I could fit in there! Great customer service.

Our sewer line backed up through our floor drain in the basement. We called EP&D after being referred to them by a friend. They sent out Jake and his apprentice Nathaniel early the next afternoon. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Jake was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue.

Jake was great to deal with. Very pleasant to speak to. We appreciated that he took the time to explain what had happened, why it happened and also took the time to show the condition of our main sewer line from the street all the way back to the clean out with his camera (thankfully it was in good condition which was a great relief as we live in an older neighbourhood with clay sewer lines)
