Perfectly Square

Here is a short recounting why we recommend Grant from Perfectly Square. Firstly, his was one of three quotes. 1st quote....$5,000, they said we had to repair the whole bedroom ceiling in which one meter-sized section had fallen to the ground, due to a distressed portion of our roof, and heavy rain that had leaked through during May this year 2019.
2nd quote...$1,000.00 approx. could be more?? 3rd quote....Grant, from Perfectly Square, said we that we actually needed a square patch....$350.00. Perfectly Square's quote was a pleasant surprise. After asking lot of questions that supported his proposed repair work and cost involved, we accepted his quote....had the work completed quickly during return visits....and have been very pleased with the final outcome. This man is professional, can recognize what needs to be done, was courteous and respectful while in our home....we highly recommend him.
