We had Ultimate bathrooms install a shower in our basement. The team did an amazing job and in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this Company. What they do in one day is Amazing! It reduces the stress of dealing with a reno that lasts for weeks. Chris answered every question promptly. He showed flexibility, patience and kindness. He cares about his Company and Customers. The team of Daryl and Danny worked hard, cleaned up the demolition trash and completed their work non-stop. They're real professionals, kind and polite. I called Ultimate Bath Systems to resolve a plumbing issues in a washroom that was screaming for a reno. I love porcelain and cast iron but I needed a quick fix and had to go to acrylic. I think it's absolutely beautiful. FYI- don't expect your alcove tub to look the width with the ledges like what you bought, after it's installed. It can't have the two ledges even in width when all done because the tub is nailed into the studs. Then a layer of drywall comes over the edge, then a water protection sheet, then the froggwall, all overlap on the edge next to the wall. I didn't realize this. Chris came right out and kindly explained it to Me. That's life. A Company you can Trust.

The guys were really efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Day 1 they removed the bathtub with tiles, treated the area with mold killer, moved and changed the taps/ shower head, laid the new subfloor, the new drywall and marble look walls with ceiling AND caulking! Just amazing. Day 2 was removal of the vanity and old fan while building/ installation of a new vanity and fan/ light combo. I have a monster medicine cabinet with lights they needed to reposition without breaking then they put in the subfloor, laid the vinyl plank flooring And installed the towel/tp rack/holder. I feel like a queen in a really high end bathroom! I will enjoy this for years to come. Thanks, you guys are a great team!

The Ultimate Bath team did a fantastic job with our shower replacement. They fully demolished and removed our old moldy tiled shower, which was drywalled in, and replaced it with a beautiful open glassed-in acrylic. The shower is looking beautiful and working great. We really love it. The team is very professional and their customer service is exceptional- Chris always got back to us promptly either by phone and/or email. The job was done in a day and a half, which was huge for us as we only have one bathroom. Their COVID-19 protocols were thorough and reassuring.

I was quite impressed with the final results. They removed the existing tile, taps and tub that must be close to 50 years old. I was told the project would take just one day and it was. Everything looks new and fresh. Worker's were pleasant and courteous to talk to. They cleaned up all the mess when they were done. Nothing left for me to do but jump in to the new tub. Very pleased with the process from beginning to end.

I am very pleased with my bathroom. The guys were quick, polite, tidy and very helpful. They were always available for questions and thejob was very well done. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing experience, The guys were knowledge, full of energy, and quick. The old fibreglass tub was out and the shower in, no mess no fuss.... for us. They left the hall and steps spotless. They even did some extra plumbing so we could install a sink, NO CHARGE! We Love it , so easy to clean and looks awesome, Our friends noticed right away. WE highly recommend this team from St Catharines/

They showed up on time, very personable, did all their cutting outside, and cleaned up their mess thoroughly. Very polite guys, very knowledgeable at what they were doing. I/we would recommend them to everyone who wants a bathroom reno!
