Incredibly fast response and booking. The plumber who came over was professional, straightforward and extremely polite. After providing a quote our plumber came back two days later having ordered the required part and fixed out issue in less than an hour. Thank you for this excellent service! Our old dishwasher broke and needed someone reliable / knowledgable to install our newly purchased dishwasher. I was happy to know Reliable Drain & Plumbing provide this service as I am always skeptical of installation services by random technicians. As always Ozan & team for the rescue!

Ozan & his team took care of installing our dishwasher right from unpacking it from the box to having it placed & running under our cabinet. Ozan is meticulous, extremely accomodating, respectful of your time and above all courteous gentleman. He was efficient with his task, had all the required tools alongwith him and above all never was in any sort of rush to quickly finish the task and move on. Confidently he took he took all the required time to ensure safety of our appliance and property to make sure the dishwasher is installed correctly. With Reliable Drain & Plumbing, I am not worried of any hidden fees or cost, they will charge you whatever they quote to get the job done successfully.

I am availing Reliable Drain & Plumbing's service second time now, similar to the last time & my last review - I continue to be a happy customer knowing these guys would be working on the task at hand. Ozan at Reliable Drain & Plumbing was recommended to us by another plumber who was unavailable at the time. Our drain clogged shut and it was a disaster, we really needed help.

Ozan tried to snake out the blockage but the drain was over 50 years old, clay/asbestos, and had finally given up. He called in to arrange an excavation, and the team from Reliable were hardworking, friendly and professional. They recommended installing a backwater valve which will make sure sewage will never back up into our basement, which I recommend highly. They excavated, showed me via camera what was going on in the pipe, and did the drain pipe replacement and valve install very efficiently.

The admin staff were excellent, and guided us through each step of getting a rebate for the backwater valve installation. Lots of paperwork that, but they guided us through it all smoothly, with great attention to detail.

Later, we had Ozan re-configure the plumbing underneath our new quartz countertop, which was installed by the amateurs who owned our house prior to us. He's a super nice guy, was a pleasure to work with, and talented.

All in all, a great experience working with Reliable. Recommended highly!

Had a leaky kitchen faucet for weeks, thought I could install it, but then realized it is not my expertise. Ozan and Gokhan were super prompt in responding to my service call. Flexible to address my issue the same evening. Came very prepared with all that was required, identified another leak in the sink strainer - fixed it all up and explained things to me very patiently. I found Reliable via Homestars and got a callback eerily quickly - within a minute - such that I almost questioned whether it was possible that someone called me so quickly.

I spoke with Ozan, who gave me a very reasonable quote, so I asked him to do some other additional work while at my unit. He arrived not only on time, but slightly early, and had everything done on time as well. During the installation of my toilet, he found some issues with the building's pipes, as well as an uneven floor. He educated me on what to look out for, and then found a solution around these problems.

Called Reliable Plumbing for an estimate on repair of a potential leak where there was a water stain. We had taken possession of a home and wanted to see how the stain had formed. He was fair and honest on his pricing. He came the next day and verified the leak had been repaired
