When I contacted Randell at RS Window Fashions he was very professional and quick at getting back to me on prices. When he came out to my home he had colour samples and also a sample kit of the retractable screen. He even inquired immediately about the price of a custom colour for me. When installation began he was very precise and made sure everything was level. I was also pleased that any garbage was totally cleaned up and he took it with him! He did an amazing job installing the retractable screen! I would highly recommend RS Window Fashions!!!

We had consultations with Randell from RS Window Fashions about the different types of blinds that might work in our kitchen and were very pleased with his service. He explained about the different styles that would work for our 3 large windows in our kitchen as well as for our patio door. Once we finally chose a style, we had Randell come in to take final measurements. We ordered and within a couple of weeks, Randell came back to install the blinds. Randell was very good to answer all our questions and was available when we needed him. He is polite, professional, and very good at what he does!
