Unsatisfactory work. They are rude, condescending owners. Over price and quality isnt there. Would not recommend.

I was referred to Diligent Construction by my friend and I am glad i chose to work with them. Their price were reasonable and quality of work was impeccable.
Both Landy and Andy and their staff provided great attention to every detail and my place looks fantastic.

The project manager Andy and his team were extremely professional to deal with, they were always on time, explained the process and always kept me posted during all stages of the renovation. In addition, they covered all the finishing items to ensure nothing was being damaged. They also held regular meetings to show progress. The tile work in kitchen and bathrooms look amazing. I would definitely consider them for my next basement project.
