Plumber was great, he identified the problem right away, had all the necessary tools and replaced the cartridge in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, reasonable pricing, and easy to deal with. I was very happy with the work he had done, I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

my son dropped a plastic toy in toilet..I tried everything possible to remove it but no hope..called plumping star and their guy showed up exact time we agreed on amazing, Prompt professional and friendly. We had a significant leak on our outdoor garden hose faucet when we turned back on the water after Winter. We had to start turning the main valve on & off in the basement every time we used it. As well, in order to reach the shut off valve in the basement we had to use a ladder as it was placed so high up. Super inconvenient & annoying!

We decided we needed to stop putting off getting it fixed any longer. We called Plumbing Star -- Leo came and in a quick 2 hours had put a brand new tap outside. He also removed the old piping and shut off valve in the basement and replaced with all new piping and a valve we can reach without a ladder. So much easier for us! Very happy we called!

We first call plumbing star for urinal backups in our public washrooms. They showed up on time and were able to assess and fix the issue with no problem. Since then Denny's has used Plumbing Star for drain backup in our kitchen as well as drain backup our servers line. Their employees are very professional, they offer free estimates before starting any work and we found their service was very affordable compared to some other companies we have used. A+++++ for this company!!
