Initially I was pleased with the installation and product, however when there were problems, they fell down hard in their after care. There is no sense that you are a valued customer once the initial transaction has been completed.
We were given a “smart” timer for our landscape lighting. When it wouldn’t sync to my iPhone, I was redirected to the supplier, who was impatient and unable to resolve the issue. I ended up with a $10 manual timer that I fiddle with as the days shorten.
Recently, when 2 tree lights stopped working I called for advice on trouble shooting. I did not ask, nor did I expect them to fix the problem for free. Instead of a personal call back, I received an estimate of $475 by email for a service call, which would be refunded if it turned out to be a warranty issue.
I’ll be using someone else for my backyard lighting.
