Amazing customer Service. Completed job fast and efficient. Was dead on on start date and completion. Actually finished ahead of schedule, which he mentioned. At the end of project basement was cleaned up spotless. No mess whatsoever. Which was amazing since it was a rental location.
Company very honest and very reliable which is hard to find these days.
Company doesn't ask for a large deposit before starting work. This way no need to worry that they are coming back to start and/or finish.
Rlly impressed with the work.

I really liked Alex and I really like the crew. But when it came down to the final results, it really didn't make a difference to the moisture in the basement. There are still wet spots on the wall and along the floor. I'm still running a dehumidifier and I'm still running a fan to move the air.

When looking at the outside of the house and discussing the work to be done there were a lot of promises of "it will be just like it is now". In reality, it wasn't. There was a patio stone section at the side of the house that was not put back at all and then I was told it couldn't be. The interlocking driveway was partially pulled up and was not repaired until I was called for a cheque and I told them the work wasn't done. There was sand and gravel spilled onto the driveway into the area they hadn't completed. Things were removed from walls to do the work - hose storage outside, a shelf in the laundry room inside - they were never replaced. Just left laying on the ground. The basement, stairs, kitchen, and mudroom had a trail of dirt and broken concrete from installing the sump pump and was never cleaned up.

This work was completed last summer. I was asked to pay and to leave a review before the work was complete as promised and so I can't help but review based on that.

Based on the number one goal, how much moisture is along the walls in the basement, I wouldn't do this work again. It seems as if it was ineffective for a lot of money.

I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone. They stood behind their word and their work is professional. Alex was great, able to waterproof a section of basement in a tricky area, as well as consulted on other problem areas. Great company, helpful and transparent. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again or recommend to anyone who asked.

Alluneed did exactly as promised! We had water infiltration into our basement caused by a combination of poor drainage, massive rainstorm and penetration through the concrete block basement walls. When the team dug down to the weeping tiles, they revealed a previous waterproofing repair that had been incorrectly implemented. They applied the waterproofing materials down to and over the foundation lip, updated the weeping tiles and directed the above-surface waterflow to a down-slope area away from the house walls. Cleanup was done properly; they needed access via my neighbour's driveway, which they treated respectfully and hosed down afterwards. One of the workers even helped my wife transplant a bush that was displaced by the digging. They came with a large team when they were expected and finished up the same day.
Separate from the ground-level waterproofing, we had the eaves troughs cleaned.
Since this repair, there have been a number of significant storms in our area, none of which have caused any leakage into our house.

Alex, Mark, and Sam were absolutely amazing. We had a very large (145 foot) length of property line that needed more than just a simple fence. Alex made some great suggestions to help guide us through this new process, and came up with a plan to suit our taste and our budget! Mark and Sam work so hard and so well, and with Alex's able help they did a solid, quality job of installing the fence sections, over 80 trees (!), and then spent an entire day making sure the workplace was neat and clean before they left! They went above and beyond in many ways: ensuring the trees were planted in deeply freshly turned soil, with additional mix, and mulch on top; putting on our newly-purchased post caps and running a soaker hose for us; putting up with curious homeowners poking around! They spent more time than I care to think about ensuring everything was level and straight - not an easy job in itself on this property! They took great care around our existing trees, ensuring nothing was damaged.

I would hire this trio again in a heartbeat. This project was an investment in our home, and we are incredibly comfortable with having trusted Alex with it.
