Very happy with the service. Sales stayed in touch from order to post installation, updating us at every step of the way. What was quite impressive is the installer who was very effective at solving some unforeseen issues on the spot with the door trim. The installer was also very clean.. protected our floors and cleaned up after the installation. Would definitely recommend HTR
