Renovating basement and shower
I would absolutely not recommend this company. At first I was pleased with the work being done . in renovating my basement. It is after not inspecting their work I realized how sloppy they were in their work. In the shower the drain was not completed with no cover. I had to pay over $300 to get the work finished by someone else. Paint was splattered all over the wood bottom portion of the walls they were painting. Did not cover the areas not to be painted. The grouting in the shower tiles was not completed. I called Mr. Nasser several times, texted and emailed and did not receive a response. He totally ignored me and the work was done in a very speedy manner. Overall disappointed!!

Thank you for your review, we have done your job two years ago and you were very happy with our job, even we install your carpet for free with out charging you , one year later you asked us to provide you a quote for your another bathroom, and after we gave you the quote you emailed us that you're going to contact us after COVID-19, How come you were not happy with our previous job and you asked us to send you a quote for your second bathroom after one year !!! also you emailed us to ask for a gift card for your niece, after we refused and we thought that scam email, you just reviewed us today, I wish if Home Stars would allow us to insert the screenshots of your emails here so we can show the right image of the scenario.
