Had Derek come out to perform maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit. He was right on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond fixing some smaller items the installers 11 years ago didn't do. He cleaned up after himself and had all the parts in his van; I can't say enough about the service. I highly recommend Rivercroft HVAC for a quality job.

I recently had Rivercroft install a heat pump in my home with 3 internal ductless units, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with their team displaying a high level of professionalism. They were punctual, attentive to detail, and left no mess behind. The heat pump itself is performing excellently, providing efficient heating and cooling while significantly reducing my energy costs. Rivercroft exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of heat pump installation.

We came home to 6 degrees cold house. The furnace had died. Posted a cry of help on Oakville Das Facebook group.
Immediately I received a reply from Derek. He went out of his way and came first thing in the morning to checkout whats wrong. The motor has died. Furnace was 17 years old. The same day Derek and Cole installed a new furnace and by 4 pm our house is back. Thank you. The work was clean job. Perfect installation, no garbage left over. We got a really good 2 stage furnace. I highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with Derek and his team at Rivercroft Contracting Ltd. Derek was quick to respond to my initial request on Homestars, and even though his quote wasn't the lowest, he instilled confidence in me by answering my questions succinctly. We have an old boiler, and it was important to find a qualified professional who knows the product. Derek also accommodated a last-minute change in the appointment date due to a conflict I had.

He and his team were easy-going and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the job within their said timeline. Derek answered all my questions, put my mind at ease about some problem radiators, and made suggestions for how we can improve the energy efficiency of our home.

There were no pushy sales pitches, just helpful information explained in layman's terms. My husband and I were so impressed by their professionalism, we've already hired them to do another job. It's so great to connect to a trustworthy company that does work in the GTA.

I contacted Rivercroft for a 2nd opinion on a questionable diagnosis from another contractor about my furnace. Derek & Mark came the same day I called (!) and conducted comprehensive reviews, tests and analysis of my furnace, and also my fire/CO2 alarms.

I had Rivercroft come out for a diagnostic and paid for the service and was happy with it. I got a quote for the parts and labour and wanted more information on this. I text and called them and they were not responsive and was not transparent on the fees. As a customer, it's within my rights to understand the associated costs but Rivercroft didnt want to deal with my inquiries. When I decided to proceed with the quote, they asked for full payment and I suggested 50% deposit since the parts need to be ordered and installation services hasnt been rendered yet. At this request, they came back and fired me as a customer all because I was asking questions.
