Very Poor Workmanship Does not follow terms of contract
I hired owner operator Frank to pour a 4'x6' stamped concrete pad along with some parging work at my residence. What I received was below standard work with a lot of short cuts. In addition to the terrible work performed he also did not honour and adhere to the terms of the contract and basically went ahead and did what he pleased or thought was easiest with total disregard to my stipulations. He left me a total mess to clean on my own with his parging We did come to an arrangement for him to return to remove the pad and repour to make me happy( of coarse for an additional cost )but after many attempts in trying to arrange a time and date with my calls and texts being ignored I threated to pursue Litigation against him. Funny how I heard from him immediately after that. Stay well clear of this one terrible work and service
