    10 Stars; Great Service, Excellent Communication, Fair Pricing

    I was looking to have some electrical work done and installation of outdoor pot lights at a house we just moved in to. I reached out to 3 companies and Vanstruct (Aaron) contacted me right away to set up a call. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. Aaron and his company did an excellent job. We were very impressed with the quality of work, the timeline to complete the work and the professionalism of Aaron and his team. Really good people who do great work. Vanstruct will be our first call for any job going forward. Thanks guys!

    Full House Reno

    Vanstruct Contracting & Team are highly proficient in home remodeling. Aaron treats your home as if it was his own (covering stairs properly during demolition). Aaron goes beyong the traditional contractor and has open lines of comminication. Aaron is extremely patient to explain the logic behind each of his decisions and breaks down the construction jargon very well. He makes sure things are done precisley and to code. He was ahead of schedule and organizied, which was vital to our complete home overhaul: kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, new flooring, potlights, removal of stucco, new baseboards, new window/door encasings. And each trade was highly professional. Precise workmanship, amazing customer care, maintaining budget, and stylish decor guidance is what we experienced. We were amazed with the final results; the workmanship met exceeded our expectations. We will be referring Vanstruct and continue using their services.

    Shower Reno

    I am very happy with Vanstruct quality of work. Working with the owner Aaron was a pleasure. The trades that Aaron uses are all great. Professional, trustworthy, on time, clean up after and true craftsmen. The job came in as quoted even though there were some surprises as it is an old Victorian house. I am using Vanstruct again to now Reno the rest of my bathroom.

    Electrical work

    Aaron and his team did an excellent job solving some electrical issues caused by shoddy work done by our previous electrician when our house was built. He managed to debug the issue and even came back the following day (without charge) to strengthen our chandelier. They were incredibly professional (little things like putting towels on ladders to avoid scuffing). I really enjoyed working with him (he's a really friendly person) and will definitely consider him and his team for all work.

    General Contracting

    Aaron's team at Vanstruct provide quality work, great customer service and adhere to important time promises. Even if there are unexpected issues, Aaron will personally go out of his way to solve the problem. Equally important is their rates are very competitive and you will begin to realize how expensive other groups are. We are thrilled that Aaron was referred to us; now we don't have to be concerned or worried about finding a skilled trade for any work needed. Highly recommend Vanstruct Contracting.

    Bathroom renovation

    It is very difficult to find a reliable, skilled contractor - especially when doing smaller jobs. Vanstruct was amazing to work with, had great communication and got the job done on time and thoroughly. Highly recommended, thank you very much!!

    Bathroom renovation

    Condo remodel

    I can’t say enough about how great Aaron and the team at Vanstruct Contracting are. I have lived through multiple renovations and would say that Aaron was the best. I remodeled my entire condo.....floors throughout, bathroom, entire kitchen and a living room feature wall all during the pandemic, while living in the space. Aaron always kept his word, arrived on time and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He was in constant communication with me and ensured that we kept within budget. I will absolutely be recommending Vanstruct Contracting to all of my friends!

    Basement Electrical Rough Ib

    Drier electrical wiring

    Aaron completed the electrical wiring quickly and to code. The inspector even remarked that he liked how cleanly the wiring was laid out. Has worked flawlessly since.
