Masstop Roofing contractor was recommended to by my friend, who had redone roofs in 3 houses and his friend 2. Quality of work was this good with very accurate cleaning after work, that my friend had no problems with this recommendation. I called 9 contractors to give me quotation. 2 of them gave me quotation by email, not even showing up on site. I am happy choosing this contractor, as they were very professional from quotation through emails and calls exchange with the office to answer my questions and precise services to be completed, materials and colors etc. Contractor started work on time, work was very professional and after final joint inspection and acceptance of the quality all work site was perfectly cleaned using rolling magnet to pickup nails on the asphalt in the front and around the house as well grass. Swiped and cleaned all the area. Nothing was damaged or left dirty. This company is run by Canadian-Chinese people, but I didn't have any problems with communication. Provided warranty for 15 years.
I am working as a Site Engineer on multi-million projects and I am dealing with contractors all the time. I have no problems with recommendation of Masstop Roofing Inc. I don't think there might be any issue in the future.
